There were waves and good weather (sadly that's a pretty rare combination in our country). Had the Mako camera with me, but was kind of eager to get some waves myself and daylight was fading fast, so didn't get much action shots.
I did get this shot of some shortboarder in full-blown crapper-stance though. Classic!
I really hope we will get some more off this evenings and weekends the next two weeks, after that it's off to France for some much needed wave therapy and my yearly two-week 'pain au chocolat' diet.
