Dreams of Golden Scans

Sometimes dreams come true, I finally got a scanner! Thanks to the lovely girl pictured above, who so happened to be the subject of the first scanned image.  She gave me a Epson 4490 as a present for me graduating and getting my masters degree in Communication science (a study similar to media studies).

Expect more images in the future. I have a ton of negatives I can scan and off-course new images will find their way to digital form a lot easier from now on as well. For now I am a bit busy between looking for a job in the line of my study, working as a builder/home improvement guy to earn money for film :-), surfing and writing poems for the traditional Dutch 'Sinterklaasfeest', so sorry if the updates are lacking a bit..

In other news: My lovely sister, who got most of the creative genes, started a blog. My guess is it will be mostly about interior design. She is like myself a fiend for vintage furniture and other stylish home deco stuff, only she manages to combine it into really nice interiors instead of the chaos I seem to create. I already love the first post, but offcourse Im biased.  Check it out: Princess Peppernut
